Return Policy

We care about your experience. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we manage returns.

You can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are:

• Unused and undamaged
• Packaged with all original tags
• Backed by proof of purchase

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we’ve reviewed your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns accepted if:

• Print quality issues exist
• Spelling errors were made by us
• Wrong product color was delivered
• The product arrived with stains or marks
• Any issue originated from our store

Returns not accepted if:

• Wrong size was ordered
• Incorrect customization was chosen
• Errors in custom text came from the customer
