We care about your experience. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we manage returns.
You can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are:
- Unused and undamaged
- Packaged with all original tags
- Backed by proof of purchase
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we’ve reviewed your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns accepted if:
- Print quality issues exist
- Spelling errors were made by us
- Wrong product color was delivered
- The product arrived with stains or marks
- Any issue originated from our store
Returns not accepted if:
- Wrong size was ordered
- Incorrect customization was chosen
- Errors in custom text came from the customer
