1. Order Processing Time

Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

2. Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after your order is processed.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
(Example: If your order takes 1–2 business days to process and 3–5 business days to ship, you can expect your package in approximately 4–7 business days.)

3. Notes

• Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.
• We make every effort to ship orders promptly and keep you informed throughout the process.

4. Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• APO/FPO military addresses

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment has been initiated.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date at support@xilolab.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
